  • Wholesale Investors Only

    Only “wholesale investors” (as that term is defined in section 6(1) of the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013) will be considered for the prospective investment opportunity.

    Fortland's proportional ownership model which frationalises the land asset makes it possible for investors with $50,000 or more.

  • Time Horizon

    This is a medium to long-term investment, Fortland's pre-development land could take up to 7 years to be enhanced with plan changes, master-planning and consents.

  • Keeping You Informed

    We will provide regular updates on progress with our consenting and rezoning strategy and, on an annual basis, we will provide a report including the land’s value (based on expert valuation).

  • Transparent Reporting

    Fortland will make available to investors financial statements of the limited partnership, as prepared by BDO, on an annual basis.

  • Alignment

    The limited partnership will determine a minimum acceptable sale value for the land.
